(not the first time) and it seems that its borked. itunes says it needs to restore the software, but it doesnt even know what model it (ipod) is. the Disk Utility shot may be a bit of an eye opener..

Jul 3, 2007 #3 ok well itunes is not even reliably detecting it now, so i cant show u a screenie. oh here it goes. guess i'll have to get a new one, and call it Poddy II (iPod II is silly)... this WOULD happen just b4 everyone expects an update to the ipods
