iPod Camera Connector + Canon EOS 20D + iPod Video

According to Apple's website, the Canon EOS 20D is compatible with the camera connector.

Also according to the Apple site, the iPod video works with the camera connector.

Connect these 3 units, however, and the iPod reports "incompatible device".


Any ideas? I'm very confused....

Look in your camera's manual. Is there another data or USB mode you can set the camera in? That may be a problem if it's not in a mode the computer can understand.
