I plug my ipod in to my computer and i get an error message that says "iTunes could not connect to the ipod because an unknown error occurred (0xE8000022)." Does anyone know how to fix this? Also when i turn my ipod on it doesnt go to the home screen it shows the ipod plug going into itunes.

EDIT: Nvm sry. Wasteland...

Ok, so what I think you have to do is uninstall itunes and then reinstall iTunes 7.6.1. So, you have to install the windows install cleaner...and then just delete everything that has to do with apple or iPod. Then, just get itunes7.6.1 from file hippo and install it again. This has saved my itune's problems countless number of times and I hope this helps you. Note: All your music will stay in your library.
