I am wodering.. If i COMPLETELY shut off the ipod (hold power and slide to shut down) will tge ipod still charge if it is olugged in vetore it is shut down?

Yes, it will still charge when it is turned off and plugged in.

I would think it should still charge, but I'm thinking that it doesn't for some reason.
