Hello Everyone,

Today I received in the Mal the Apple Settlement Claims Forms with the guidelines and directions (pretty much everything thats on the website). For some reason I recieved 2 enveloped both having the claim form but they each had different "claim numbers". I have had 3 ipods. The first two broke so I guess maybe one of the claims forms is for one of my broken iPods.

Got mine too. You have to certify that you had a "battery failure." "Battery Failure means "the capacity of of an iPod's battery to hold an electrical charge has dropped to four hours or less of continuous audio playback, with earbuds attached, with respect to the Third Generation iPod, or five hours or less of continuous audio playback, with earbuds attached, with respect to the First Generation iPod and the Second Generation iPod."

I have a third generation iPod. I'll have to test it again, but I'm pretty sure I've experienced a "battery failure."
