Hi guy; I have been given a ipod classic 160gb. Works fine and have a small music file with around 5000 music installed onto the hard drive. I have been just using the headphone out socket to connect to my home stereo or with a small a/v lead to the radio in my car. The problem is that even with the volume set to max, there is not enough level to full drive the stereo at home or the car radio ( impedance match ?? ) I also have a philips docking speakers that the ipod sits on and this works fine. The only connection is the 30 pin connector at the base of the ipod. So is there such a thing as a 30 pin to rca lead that i can get as this would have the correct level out and also the correct impedance to drive, rather than use the headphone socket. Looking to purchase if someone can help out. I also live in Tasmania Australia

Thanks all.
