Hi!

I was looking to buy an ipod and i am confused which to choose...
I have about 20 gb of music,.
I will use mainly for music and podcast.

I dont know which one to get ( touch 32 gb or ipod 160 gb)
I heard that the hard drive is more fragile then the flash drive.

Does one unit sound better than another?

any advices are welcome!

thank you

Well it sounds like you want it primarly for music, not the wifi or apps you can use on the ipod touch so I would say go with the classic. The classic also should hold up a lot longer.

There is no sound difference that i know of; the right headphones will change it, though. If you're only going to use the ipod for music, go for the classic - you get much more space for a lot less. However, the app store is pretty sweet too....

....or just get both. :D

get the touch, it's much more diverse. i find that although it's nice, i have never had the need to keep all my music with me at all times. in fact, i have a smart playlist that rotates my music 4 GBs at a time.

The only advantage in the Classic is if you have over 64GB of music

Go with the Touch ... has plenty big capacity IMO
