iPod Contacts -> Address Book

My pbook recently encountered a lovely HD failure.

A new HD later, I am wondering whether it is possible to have Address Book take the contacts directly from my iPod? In iTunes it is all about moving from Address Book to iPod... Can I do the reverse?

Yes, iTunes store all the contacts as a single file in the Contacts folder in the iPod. Just drag the file to your computer and open it with Address Book. It should import all the Contacts back.

hi! i need to copy all my contacts from my ipod to my mac, and i installed cyberduck and copied the file that's on the addressbook folder but when i try to open it with my address book in my mac it says that no cards where imported

Help????
