I have a 2nd Ipod touch 8gb
I jailbroken It 2 years ago but didn't like it.
I droped it in milk about 6 months ago it still works just fine

But now It freezes all the time. It gives me kernal debugger and kernal panics. When It crashes it will flash then go to the kernal debugger screen/patterned lines. I can hardly play games on it. Safari crashes 2. Anything and everything crashes it. Ive restored it several times but it doesn't help. Its like something is taking up memory but I can't figure out what. I have location/bluetooth off. Please help.

I already have 'sevral times'...

Hmm. You spilt it in milk and a restore wont work. Sounds fried to me.

It worked after the milk incident. THen all the sudden it started crashing during games/safari/everything.

Out of warenty of course but any other suggestions

Another question

How do you do this?
Some sort of option of something?

2010. 2.66 i7 MBP 8GB, 500GB @7200, HRGS
32 GB Verizon iPhone 4
Now waiting for Rockwell MBP

Even if it worked right after, a short could have occurred at any moment.

Thanks. Could it be fixed? Will it keep getting worse?
Would it be worth anyuthing to sell?

Sell it on eBay as mentioned above. The 4th gen iPod touch is great (keep an eye out for deals), or a refurbished iPad 1 would be quite an upgrade.

What would a ipad 1 run me ?
I like the idea of facetime though so maybe a 4gen touch

If you're only using it for music the touch is kind of overkill. Older iPods of all varieties are probably going to be cheaper than a repair.
