Um... well today is my second day of using the iPod... I loaded all my sounds and stuff, cool, very neat device...

I power it up over the night (it wasn't fully charaged)... so when I get up today I can't turn it on... I pressed the buttons...
Me: I thought I just had to press a button...

And really, that is what suppose to happen...

So I read how to 'reset' my iPod... and Luckily I get the Apple Logo... but then it still doesn't load I get a Folder with an Exclamation Point next to it...

I can't understand that the hell is wrong...

Please help me!

:(

Probably would be a good idea to reset the iPod with one of the updater utilities. You'll have to plug it into your computer and then run the updater utility (avaliable here ) to reset your iPod. After that you should be able to copy your music back to the iPod and start over again. Hope this helps...

Yeah... I had tried that... and it didn't mount...

I went to the apple store I bought it from, they didn't have the 'replacement part' (the iPod itself) even though they had boxes of the iPods behind the counter...

So basically just getting a new one... arg.

Yeah thanks...

But right at this step
4. Immediately after the Apple logo appears on the screen, release the Menu and Play buttons, and press the Previous and Next buttons until the "Do Not Disconnect" message appears on the screen (Figure 2, see Note 1)
The Do Not Disconnect message never apppears.

Its dead.

Apple Will get me a new one... I hope soon...

Damn... too bad.
