iPod iPod froze during games...

So, my sister's iPod has decided to freeze while loading Zuma, and now it's totally unresponsive. The screen is still backlit, but the buttons won't work at all, which means we can't reset it. Even iTunes and both of our computers can't find it anymore.

Is there any way to fix it or is this iPod busted?
