Hi there,

I'm getting worried about my iPod which is in repair. I requested repair on the 13th of February and they recieved it on the 16th, however I have not had it back yet (today is the 27th). I can check my online status but it still says 'diagnosing product'.

Has anyone elses iPod taken as long as this - bearing in mind this is my first repair with any electronics company so I have no idea with these sort of things.:eek:

what was wrong with it?

ring apple and see whats going on with it, and if its still not done after a few more days ring them up a lot and hastle them a lot untill something happens with it
