Hi guys,

I found my iPod Hifi which i bought 6 years ago, i tried it out and it still works great. I really want to be able to use it properly with my Iphone4, because it doesnt support charging now. Does it have something to do with the 30pin on the hifi? Is there any way to Mod it so it does charge and play music? I know its much easier to go out and by a new dock, but I spent 350euro on the hifi back in the day and think it would a waste to stop using it because of that.

If you would use your iPod, I know have the new nano with the new apple connecter. Unfortunately the ipods dont last as long as the hifi haha

Thanks in advance for any advice :)

Do yourself a favor and don´t mod it, buy one of these instead:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Scosche-Passport-Home-iPhone-Touch/dp/B001NXYXX8

its simpler and while looks a little off, saves you from opening up such beatiful speaker.
