The update should be available in all countries, why Hong Kong Store doesn't have this upgrade immediately. Its really shock that such a large company will have this kind of ... policy... Not just making money, who say he wants user to have a better experience!!!

Its really a shame for Apple!!!!

I would imagine that they have yet to test it fully and will have it up and running as soon as they are 100% sure it will not have any bugs in it or whatever.
