iPod mini battery replacement advice please

Can anyone recommend a supplier for replacement iPod mini batteries, preferably in the UK?

I've seen a few very cheap ones on eBay but wonder if they're any good? They seem to vary in quoted capacity, from 650mAh to 700mAh and even 2000mAh.
