My ipod mini last generation is having a major freezing issue. Several times a week I find that the thing freezes up and must be manually reset. For the most part the problem seems entirely random. But it does have a way of switching to Elvis a disporporionately large ammount of time before freezing. However it is not exclusive to Elvis. Any sugestions could it be bad songs that are causeing this issue?

Maybe give it a quick restore assuming all your music is backed up. Perhaps that'll help. Can you verify the disk in Disk Utility to make sure there are no bad sectors?
