After upgrading to IOS 10, my iPhone loses communication with my car's head unit in bluetooth or IPod mode. Switching to a different playlist or song just hangs. The head unit will not show the playlist or it just locks on the same song. No music will play. It does not matter if the connection is through bluetooth or wired.

I had some minor issues in IOS 9 with the IPOD mode. I could switch to bluetooth mode and they would go away. It appears that the Music App is having problems sending the data to the head unit or the app is just out to lunch. I pulled out the phone today to find that the Music app had frozen with an alert wanting me to try Apple Music. Really? They can't seem to figure out that the phone is communicating with a car device and I'm not in a position to press "No Thank You" while I'm driving?

I have about had it with Apple's declining QA with basic functionality in their products.
