iPod "models" wanted

Hello all,

First of all, if this goes against any forum rules (I went over them and didnt see that it did) then I apologize. Moderators, contact me please if you have an issue with this topic.

Looking for trendy shots of iPods in use and there users using them.

Staylazy.net is coming out with new software within the next month (home of Weather for Me and Canto Pod) after legal battle with Weather.com over copyright issues.

Regardless, I need some pictures of people using there iPods and maybe even someone holding an iPod that is showing the contents downloaded of Weather for Me or Canto pod. Something like this http://gallery.ipodlounge.com/displayimage.php?album=toprated&cat=0&pos=18

I will post the content I would like displayed on the screen at the bottom of this post, but you can change it your self if you please.

And ofcourse, submitting your image means it becomes property of Staylazy.net software.

As for rules, I don’t have any. Do whatever you please! I do prefer however that you take a picture of the iPod with the backlight on and off. Also, try to have the screen readable (focus your camera) if your showing whats displayed.

I think most people could want a link to the legal info for submitting photos to you.

This get you out of some of the potential future problems, especially if somebody posts a photo that they don't own.

Without a release and page of legal crap you can get yourself into some problems, if you don't make sure people are saying it's their ipod and/or they are the model/photographer.

Well, I wont be selling the photos.

The policy is similar to submitting your photo on any website, like iPodlounge or entering a contest on Engadget.

And yeah, I'll make sure the photos are of them, or photographed by them.

If it's a money making operation, write a release and capture the info on submitted photos...
