So I just got my ipod nano on Saturday...and today while driving in the car it starting skipping and then I pressed pause on the song and turned it off. Afterwards I could not get the nano to go back on, I did reset and the screen would light up but it would not react to touching any of the keys.

Of course it would go back to sleep afterwards.

So then I came home and restored it. I saw the apple logo come up on the screen and then black screen. Now itunes is not recognizing that the ipod is connected and the screen is permanently black. It will not react to my touching the keypad or reset...or even plugging into itunes. I am frustrated and want to throw this thing across the room.

My ipod 30 gig (5g) has never done this crap before.... and I'm just overwhelmed at this dilemma.

Please help a girl out if you can!:(
