Egads... freaky.

Shouldn't this be in the political section?

But I think if he is trying to expand his fanbase, using a teddybear giveaway may work a little better. ;)

Options, options... Choose two:

1) Enter to possibly win an iPod nano from Bill O'Reilly

2) Shoot myself in the face

3) Spend $200 at the Apple Store on an iPod nano

Look at my avatar. Guess my picks ;)

I really have no idea what beliefs Bill O'Reilly has. So, ummmmm, could someone tell me? (Don't call me stupid, I'm only 15.)

It's ok, I don't think he knows either. He's never really consistant with his opinion, but he always seems to feel really strongly about it. And angry. Plus he's a liar. Political Forum, here we come.

To me paid Subscription based Podcasting goes against the entire nature of Podcasting.

No thanks!

If I wanted to pay for this show, i would get and PAY for Serius, or XM.

LOL And generally one of the most obnoxious men on TV. I think I'd feel dirty if I won a nano off him. :D

A Nano is a Nano, no matter where it came from. As long as it doesn't have his name engraved on the back, nobody will every know. :p

Do you have to buy anything from him? Cause I'd rather him pay for my nano than somebody else who needs the money. I don't mind taking money from an idiot - especially one who claims to be smart.

I'd just say "Gee thanks," turn my back and walk away whilst trying to get the plastic covering off the box with my teeth and looking for somewhere to sit down and get the nano out of the box to play with.

Oh, I'm an Aussie though, no contest for me.

I know but... Bill O'Reilly!!! Come on!!! ;)

I was only joking. I'd take a freebie from Satan if he offered it. :D

I dislike Bill O'Reilly and all his ilk as much as anyone... which is why I signed up for the contest and hope I win. The idea with these campaigns is to generate interest in his show both during the event and after ("cool, i won an ipod from billoreilly.com everyone, w00t!").

Way I figure it is that if I win I am taking something from someone I don't like, from someone who does like that person (if an actual O'Reilly fan won) and I won't be telling anyone about it before or after the contest, so they won't get the "any press is good press" effect from me. :)

OK, I'm just curious, what is the number under everyone's (except mine) name? Right next to where it says "macrumors ####"?
Macrumors members who have posted many many times, get a special designation. The numbers are the names of older processor chips used by Apple (although I'm not sure if all of the chips have been used by Apple).

For example, some people are "Macrumors 68000". The 68000 (aka 68k series) chip was made by Motorola and were the heart of all Macs up until the Power PC chip was intro'd.

I think I'm a "6502" which was an older chip used by many computers including the old Apple II series computers. I think.

Oops. I'm 65816. I have no idea what chip that is.
