iPod iPod nano iTrip + case?

On my boat, an iTrip works great to transmit to the FM radio. Terrible reception on the lake, so pretty much any signal sounds good.

I'd like a case, that works with the iTrip. Something I can mess with the controls through, plus activate the hold switch.

Something that wil protect the combo and is durable.

Any suggestions?
