Even if you keep begging, it won't happen. It had the chance, but that has passed. iPods are very much out of the picture now, and the people who could have managed to make something happen, have moved on.
iPods haven't been able to be modded extensively since the iPod Video. There was a little bit of light for the 6th generation Nano, but no one has been able to get into the firmware since it's so compressed and encrypted.
And the truth is that even if we eventually got something, it would be hard to implement anything other than image and sound changes. You can't add a function to it. That's why we never had any homebrew games or apps for all the older iPods.
