iPod iPod nano question

There is .44 gb of Orange stuff taking up space on my ipod nano but I have no idea what it is. How do I figure it out? I thought I only had songs in my iTunes...

If your iPod is set to enable disk usage then open it up in Explorer or Finder and navigate through the folders to see if you can find anything that may have accidentally ended up there.
