For owners of the 1G iPod Nano, there was a lawsuit that said the iPod scratched too easily. Apple agreed to give everyone who was affected, $25. There was a fairness hearing on April 28th. Does anyone know what the result of the hearing was? I went to the website, but there were no updates.
