Well i did something you shouldn't do, i left it near the magsafe adapter for my macbook pro last night. Its stuck in the key test in diagnostic mode, i didnt press anything to get it there. And yes i've tried holding keys down, so thats not going to help. Also i think the warranty is up. Thanks.

Well magnets dont affect Nano's from what ive known.. I could be wrong...

Did you try restarting it...?
Try connecting it to the computer if that dosent work...
and if all else fails, let the battery drain... start it up again and see what happens
