So I have successfully installed linux on my ipod nano however there is currently NO successful way to convert movies into uncompressed .avi files that work for the nano. Mencoder for osx has a bug that makes the video look like negative. If someone could please resolve this or find a different conversion method that is definately working please let me know becuase right now the only option is to use a pc
