I've never seen this before in 5 years but I have just updated to the latest Sierra and iOS and when I plug my iPod touch into my MacBook I get a pop up telling my my iPod network interface has not been set up. If I cancel it the pop up comes up every time I plug it in, if I press the network prefs button it opens the network prefs but then what.
I tried clicking the + button and I could ad iPod USB, but that doesn't stop the pop up. What is going on, why has this suddenly started happening and how can I stop it. thanks.
