iPod on iPhone4 doesn't stream to AppleTV

Hello All,

We have an AppleTV and my Son was showing me how cool it is. He demonstrated that from my iPhone4 I can watch videos from my phone to the TV and all, even look at the pics from my phone on the TV!

BUT, the music I have on my iPhone4 won’t play through airplay like the other media would.

Now of course we can use the remote app to go from phone > computer > AppleTV > to regular TV but we cannot use AirPlay to send my iPhone’s music!

It wouldn’t even do it from his iPhone either. He claims that this music only boycott by our AppleTV is new to him. He says that at one time he was able to play music from his phone to the TV via AirPlay but today we can’t.

Any suggestions or some kind of help would be greatly appreciated.
