iPod iPod Patent Mock-Up

Ok so I was bored today after work so after reading the front page about the new side touch iPod Video I played with Photoshop a little bit and came up with this from the Patent pics tell me what You think.

Looks about right. I think the patent (not your mockup of the patent) more of a rough design. I sure hope so because the patent doesn't look polished. It just doesn't look like it would work better than the click wheel (and what's the point if it doesn't?).

Still bored so I made another I changed the EQ to just a button that would bring up a menu, I didnt like the one in the patent Pic.
