iPod PC on MAC

My friend got a PC iPod but he has a Mac. The relative has left and now he can't exchange it or anything.
He was wondering if the PC iPod works on the Mac. or will there be conflicts?

okay does anyone know the link to the apple site where i can download this utility program that lets me change the iPod PC HD to a Mac HD?

Look for iPod Firmware or the Updates.
One you get the firmware there you can get it running.
