Quick Question.

Does anyone know this? I have an iPod, that i use for my PC. Will it work for my Mac?

It will. You just have to re-format it when you hook it up to your Mac.

Going the other way (mac--->PC), unfortunately, is a bit tricky. Requires 3rd-party software, etc.
 
Per Apple, a Windows-formatted iPod may work on your Mac (OS X understand the Windows file system), but they won't support that configuration if you run into any problems.

A Mac-formatted iPod definitely will not sync with a Windows machine (Windows doesn't understand the OS X file system), but iTunes on the Windows computer can be used to restore the iPod back to Windows format.
