iPod prices dropped here about 6 weeks ago when the MacBooks were updated (they had a price drop too, so did the MacBook Pros) but that's because the Aussie dollar is doing so well right now.

Apple don't drop prices before a new product launch, the old stuff costs the same until it's replaced.

Not a chance, Apple will get every last buck out of the iPod before they drop the price.

I agree. It will probably be an iPhone without the phone and internet part. But in exchange have larger flash storage and better battery life.

Not true the displays got a price drop and thats it no new product.....
