ipod quits (need help!)

I recently updated to ios 5 on my iPod touch 4g and did (probably against better judgement) a tethered jailbreak on it. Now, whenever i try to add songs to a playlist on my iPod, the iPod app closes back to the springboard. The tweaks I have from CYdia that would affect iPod are PlayGesture (slide finger up on lockscreen to start play), and PopPod (different ipod controls). would either of these be affecting that for any reason? I understand they might not work properly on 5 but worked like a charm on 4.3.3. Thanks for reading, any help is much appreciated!
