iPod iPod Radio Remote in stores?

Does anyone know if the iPod Radio Remote is available anywhere? The Apple Store online says 2-3 weeks and my local Apple store says about the same for ghetting them in stock. I've read of people getting them, are orders backed up? Where are people getting them?
