iPod re-encoding software where I can choose language track?

My family and I live in India and I've downloaded S1 of Star Wars Clone Wars cartoons for my son. The avi files have both German and English audio, and I have to manually chose the English each time to play it back in VLC. I want to encode this for my son's iPod, but VisualHub doesn't allow me to select the secondary audio track, nor does VLC's export/streaming wizard.

Any thoughts? Guess my son can learn German, in addition to English and Hindi :p
