iPod Rebate. Just online and retail, or by phone as well?

I've just been reading through the T&C's of the apple promotion and it states that...

"This Promotion is open to a Qualifying Education Customer who makes their purchase via the Online Apple Store Education site, or from a participating Retail Apple Store"

Does this mean that if you order by phone you are not eligable for the rebate?

hi there we in europe currently have the same promotion running until 31st of oct and documentation by end of november he may have been referring to that
