iPod IPod repair help

I have an Ipod classic that works correctly, except it seem that the soldering has come lose in the headphone jack as well as the plug in on the bottom. I can no longer charge it/connect to computer, or hear anything through headphones. Does ANYONE know of a way I can get this fixed, or fix it myself? This is a special gift that has an inscription on the back and I don't want to have to just throw it away. PLEASE HELP!!!
