Ok, so Last year, I bought a 60 GB iPod photo with AppleCare, then a few weeks later, they came out with the 5th gen iPod, so I called Apple, and they said that I could exchange the iPod for a newer one. So I did that, and I have a 5th gen 30 GB iPod. First, I was wondering... how do I transfer the AppleCare from my old iPod to my new one? This was in October of last year and I realized I never did it. Also, the other day, i accidentally dropped my iPod. I have an Agent18 plastic case on it, but when I turned the iPod on, it's just a white screen. Everything works fine but the screen. Would warranty cover this? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Nope...the warranty doesn't cover accidental damage. Sorry. :(

So there's no way to go in and say "Hi, I turned on my iPod, and for some reason the screen is white"?

Well, of course there is a way to do that - just do it. It's up to you if you want to lie about it.
