I have my ipod shuffle plugged into my mac and opened itunes. From there I deleted to tracks in my Music folder. I went to empty my trash as I have been told that with external drives that you should empty the trash while they are plugged in. I don't know if this is true for the ipod shuffle. I know it is true for my external hard drive. Otherwise they don't really delete.
So I went to my trash and there was nothing in there. Where did the tracks i deleted go?
I can't empty the trash while the shuffle is connected to the computer if nothing appears in the trash.
Maybe I have it all wrong. Does anyone has a clue?
