iPod Shuffle - audio quality?

Hey all,

I'm thinking I might sell my iPod 20 GB 3G and get an iPod shuffle since this would work better for what I do, I'm just wondering though is the audio quality on the shuffle exactly the same as the iPod?

The review in the NYTimes cited no noticeable difference in quality.
