I bought my new iPod Shuffle from the German Apple store.
It was "shipped" on October 26th, and they said it will take 5-10 business days for it to arrive, but I still have not received it!
When I check the order status online, all it says is that it has been shipped, and it gives me all the order number and such. The tracking number does not work at all, and I cannot find a link or an Email address to contact them for help!
What should I do?
