iPod ipod shuffle..weird question

ok so i have itunes on my computer and i update my ipod video daily. my uncle just got a shuffle and he wants some of my songs but he doesn't have itunes on his computer. is it possible to hook the shuffle up to mine and just put some songs onto it that he chooses out of my library? would I need to install anything else?

You should be able to give him some of your songs. You could do what I do and make a playlist and put all the songs you want on your iPod in it, and just autofill every time you add more songs into it. He doesn't have any songs on it yet, does he?

fresh outta the box...is there anyway i could just drag and drop songs onto the shuffle from my computer if its plugged in through the usb

The only issue I have if that if the iPod is not saely removed the database corrupts and there are 0 songs left
