It's not enough that my iPod 80GB Classic was stolen but now they have my Files (Music, TV Shows, Music Videos and Movies), some were Purchased on ITMS.

Can they copy them? What about Apple tracking it using the Serial Number when Connected, is it possible?

Can they copy them? Sure...if they know how...

can Apple track it? Sure...if they want to...unless the thief changes the serial number...if they know how to

Even if they could copy your ITMS stuff who cares? They can't play it!

Though sorry about your loss.
