iPod touch iPod stuck after DFU

I got out of DFU mode easily, but then this screen comes up. I really do not want to restore. I have tried several times and nothing seems to do the trick...

if you have already tried tinyumbrella to kick it out..and ireb.. then a restore seems the only answer
