Hi - This is my first post on this board, so please be gentle with me- :)

OK - iPod Classic 160gb and MacBook.

Both of these devices have been running sweet for the past 3+ years. Recently i downloaded "Rinse" software to clean up iTunes and sort out some Album artwork problems.

When ever I attempt to sync the iPod to iTunes it downloads the same 1200 odd songs each time - these 1200 items already exist on the player and in iTunes.

If I buy a new album, load it in iTunes, it will sync with the new album but also sync the same 1200 songs each time??

Any ideas on what I can do to stop this issue?? I have re-set the iPod to it's original settings and re-sync the whole library once already.....no dice.

This isn't a major performance issue, just would like to tidy this up.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions offered.
Cheers ;)
