iPod touch iPod Takes a long time to transfer apps

An hour ago I jailbroke my iPod Touch 4th Generation, everything seems fine, except when Im syncing apps from iTunes to my iPod..its VERY slow and I mean VERY slow, like ridiculously slow. It will go through the motions than say "Waiting for changes to be applied" that alone takes a few minutes to change to finally start syncing apps and these are small apps and they still take forever. I already restored once and the issue never resolved itself. Dont know what could be causing this any suggestions
