Are there any apps for SNOW LEOPARD to customize ipod themes?

This is my third time asking this question and no one ever answers or helps. Hopefully that will change.

Maybe it's because your question is very vague. Elaborate on what kind of application you want and what you want it to do.. it's hard to answer such open ended questions.

It seems pretty straight forward to me: I want anything, app or whatever, that can allow me to change the menu and screen colors on my iPod video or iPod Classic. I know there is a way to do it using windows but it seems really silly to move all of my music just for something like this. Here's an example of what I want to do (not this actual theme though):
