I have a mission to turn my iPod Touch into an iPhone 4S with free calling and texting. I have accomplished most of this project by installing Siri, Talkatone from the appstore so I can place free phone calls with my Google Voice account, a tweak called MultiDialer that allows me to place calls from the native iPhone dialer, CleanStatus to change the carrier name, Wifi Bars for iOS 5 to change the Wifi symbol to cellular signal bars, telephony and sms enabled in the capabilities plist, and SMS GV extension to text from the native Messages app. Everything works great except for two things. One, I can't place calls with Siri because it says I'm not connected to a cellular network. Could someone make a tweak that is similar to 3G Unrestrictor but has the opposite effect? (i.e, makes apps/Siri believe you're on 3G but when you're actually on wifi) Second, when I receive a call from Talkatone, I want it to appear in the native iPhone dialer. A tweak called Phone GV Extension does this, except for one catch. You need an actual phone number for it to work. As Talkatone does not give you your own phone number, but rather uses your already-in-place Google Voice number to make calls, this tweak is useless for me. Is it possible to make a tweak that when you receive a call from Talkatone, it auto-forwards it to the native Phone app? These two functions would complete the transformation from iPod to iPhone. Thank you!
