iPod iPod to Windows

Hi all,

My partner has a new Windows machine and needs to get the music and playlists off her iPod to her new machine. I know about the 3rd party software programs, but myt question is: Do you know of any of them that AREN'T compatible with the newer versions iof ITunes, like 7.3.2.6? I can't seem to get any of the free programs or free trials of inexpensive programs to work.

Thanks! I've seen the procedure for this. But does it also bring the playlist info?
