So apparently according to this article

the iphone 4 plays 1080p videos with this Filer app.Can anyone who has this app or buys it try and do the same with the ipod touch? It would be amazing if iPod can play 1080p with it.

i just seen a video on youtube of the ipod touch 4g video quality that someone made and it was in 1080, i was like wtf lol

For a screen that small, what is the point of 1080P? Be lucky you even get 720P, Bc 480P already looks magnificent on a screen that size.
